EMET is inventory and order software for people who sell on more than one marketplace. To do that it holds your product data and connects to the marketplaces you tell it to. This page says exactly what that involves.
The short version. We hold your email address, the marketplace connections you authorise, and the business data you put into EMET. We use it to run the service you asked for.
We do not sell it, we do not advertise against it, and we do not look at one seller's data to benefit another.

When an order arrives from a marketplace it carries your buyer's name and address. That is your customer relationship, not ours. We hold it so you can fulfil the order and keep your own records, we do not contact your buyers, and we do not use their details for anything other than showing you your own orders.
If a buyer asks you to delete their details, tell us and we will remove them from your account.
Three categories, and nothing outside them:
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or give it to anyone else — unless we are legally required to, in which case we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
On Amazon Web Services in the United States (Ohio region). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Accounts are separated at the database level, not merely in the application: the database itself refuses to return one account's rows to another. That is a structural guarantee rather than a policy one.

If you are in Canada, PIPEDA gives you these rights and a route to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. If you are in the UK or EU, the UK GDPR or GDPR gives you equivalent rights, and our basis for processing is performance of our contract with you.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That is all. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Encryption in transit and at rest; marketplace credentials in a dedicated secrets store, never in the main database; sign-in handled by Amazon Cognito so we never hold a password you use elsewhere; and the account separation described above.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly and say what happened.
EMET is business software and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for anything that materially affects you, tell you by email before it takes effect.
